For the purposes of this challenge, the definition of a traybake is: a sweet which is baked in a square or rectangular pan and cut into individual pieces. Examples include (but are not limited to): brownies, blondies, millionaire shortbread, cake, etc.
Here are the instructions for how to participate in and submit to this online bake-off.
