Refund policy

Events / Classes / Services

Non-Refundable. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Fees for an event/class/service must be paid in advance. BettBakes cannot confirm your space without full payment. 

  • Once paid in full, you will receive an email with information on how to schedule your event/class/service. 
  • You must schedule your event/class/service within 90 days of payment, unless arrangements have been agreed to in writing with BettBakes. Spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis. 
  • If you do not schedule your event/class/service within 90 days of payment, you forfeit your fee and your spot. 
  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled event/class/service, you may request to change to another date--one time only--if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

If you have not received an email to schedule your event/class/service within 72 hours of payment or you need additional support with scheduling, contact bettbakes@gmail.com as soon as possible.

BettBakes is not liable for any third-party costs.

 

Books

Non-Refundable. Except as noted in this policy, all purchases are final.

Damaged In Transit. If your book was damaged in transit, contact me with a clear description of the damage and photographs of the damage attached. Claims must be submitted in writing within 5 (five) calendar days of the delivery date. 

Manufacturing Defects. If any part of your book contains significant manufacturing defects, write me a clear description of the issue with photographs of the issue attached. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date of delivery.

Books with minor manufacturing issues (e.g. minor misalignment) that are reasonably foreseeable and commonplace risks when buying books will not be replaced.
