Shipping policy
**Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout**
Delivery delays can be expected for domestic and international packages for various reasons: the holidays, weather, and the pandemic. Please shop accordingly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Tracked as “Delivered”: Packages are shipped with tracking numbers. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Any tracked package that the delivery service records as “Delivered” is deemed as having been successfully delivered to you. If you claim not to have received a package tracked as “Delivered,” you will need to contact the delivery service.
International Shipping (outside USA): Please allow at least 2-6 weeks and consider delays when you order. The timing depends largely on your country's customs process. Orders will come with tracking information; however, some countries do not scan tracking information all the way through to its destination.
International Import Fees (outside USA): You may be charged Value-Added Tax (VAT), duty tax, and handling fees when your package arrives to you (Canada as well!). VAT can be expensive in some areas, and I cannot adjust the customs form, as this is a legal document. Please be familiar with your country's customs process and fees.
