If you're spending more time with your oven these days and you're a fan of the television show The Great British Bake-Off, you'll want to check out my Great British Baking Class: Home-Baked Signature Cakes. This class will be taught online, so you can safely and comfortably join me in my home kitchen, expand your knowledge of baking cakes, and ultimately craft your own signature recipe.
The class will be offered through Portland Community College (PCC):

Course information will be on PCC's website on May 18. Registration opens at 7am on June 3. My spring class filled up in less than three hours--so register early!
