Appearance on Hello Rose City!: Summer Berry Swirl Cake

It's always a treat getting to hang with the folks at KGW's Hello Rose City and spread some baking cheer. I shared one of my recent favorite recipes to make during summer: Lemon, Almond, and Summer Berry Swirl Olive Oil Cake. I love using mulberries or blackberries to get a beautiful purple swirl and flavor, but any berry will do. Enjoy!
